Associate Brand Manager
Do you want to use your design skills and retail experience to help create and manage one of Belk’s private label brands? We are looking for a creative individual to tackle one of our associate brand manager jobs and help grow these brands by serving as our Associate Brand Manager. As an Associate Brand Manager at our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, you will be part of a fast-paced and creative team of liaisons who are focused on developing brands that match our customers’ unique styles. You will be responsible for managing the development of the brand from concept to end product. You should plan on being involved in the creative process from the start of each project by researching style trends, managing the production process, and ensuring that the brand aligns with the right customer segmentation. Our associate brand manager jobs are ideal for anyone who wants to work alongside the Brand Manager while reacting quickly to in-season opportunities, and analyzing fashion trends to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
You must be a self-starter, have product development experience, and strong leadership skills in order to be successful as an Associate Brand Manager at Belk. You must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally on occasion, and have an eye for detail. You will be expected to use both written and oral communication to convey ideas to a cross-functional team, and be an organized individual. Knowledge of Microsoft Office—including Outlook and Excel—paired with the ability to navigate other basic computer programs is key.
