As a Brand Manager at our corporate office in Charlotte, you will be leading a fast-paced and creative team with the goal of updating and maintaining the brand identity to match our customers’ diverse styles. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and managing private brand labels. Beginning immediately upon employment, you will be responsible for managing the product development process: researching style trends; managing numerous brand teams; ensuring that the imagined and/or created products fall into specific brand identities; and aligning the brands with the right customer segments.
To succeed at this role, you will be a self-starter, have a strong knowledge of product line development, have merchandising experience, and will be able to effectively manage a team while also creating a culture of learning and development. As a Brand Manager, you will need to be detail-oriented, have great analytical and reasoning skills for data review purposes, and excel at both verbal and written communication. You will be organized and able to shift your focus as projects’ directions and priorities change. Travel—both domestic and international—may be required, and you are expected to be ready and able. You will also be expected to attend fit sessions, communicate with overseas agents and domestic vendors, and manage the style creation process during all stages.
