Sourcing Director

As a Sourcing Director at our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, you will be leading a fast-paced and innovative brand teams who focus ensuring that each unique brand’s aesthetic is maintained to match customers’ styles. You will be responsible for end to end production of numerous Private Label Brands, as well as managing and partnering with the Brand Team to make sure that our merchandise meets and surpasses quality, margin, and delivery targets. You will also be expected to review and approve all style placements while also achieving competitive pricing amongst competitors. As a Sourcing Director, it will be critical that you exercise strong leadership skills to help each team meet objectives and understand the vision and strategy for each particular brand.
In order to be a successful Sourcing Director, you will need extensive knowledge of product manufacturing techniques, fabrication, and costing components that pertain to the development of each unique product line. Other essential elements of our Sourcing Director role include exceptional organizational and negotiation skills since you will be collaborating with cross-functional partners, and the need to reach consensus on projects will be of upmost importance. The right candidate for our Sourcing Director position will not only excel in both oral and written communication, but will also be a detail-oriented and self-motivated. Flexibility will be an asset to you, as well as the ability and willingness to travel both internationally and domestically as required.
