As a Sourcing Operations Coordinator at our headquarters in Charlotte, you will be a member of fast-paced team who is focused on maintaining quality standards and time deadlines for our Private Label Brands. You will help coordinate production samples, keep track of all inbound and outbound packages, and provide additional support to Belk’s sourcing teams. You will be responsible for sorting, coordinating, and consolidating packages, and will serve as a contact person for deliveries. You will also need to prepare documents for our Accounts Payable department, and be able to complete any other pertinent clerical duties that pertain to your job.
In order to be successful in your role as a Sourcing Operations Coordinate, you will have to have excellent written and oral communication skills. You will need to be able to effectively interact with Belk’s Sourcing and Brand Management teams as you will be responsible for coordinating production samples that may include TOPs, CARS, and other advertising samples. Your planning and organizational skills must be utilized to the fullest extent in order to make sure all packaging, shipping, and delivery flows smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who is able to provide documentation for numerous departments throughout our company.
